Thanks for dropping by. I’m Tania O’Donnell (born Ahsan). I’m the editor of qualityfoodanddrink.com, a food and drink hub for the UK and Ireland. Prior to my current role, I worked as a freelance lifestyle journalist covering travel, food & drink, interiors and the arts, among other subjects. I have also been the editor of several other print and online publications, including ones for large publishers such as Time Inc and Thomson Reuters. I am also an author, having ghostwritten for Harpercollins and penned a few of my own books as well – both traditionally and self-published. My latest, A History of Courtship, is out now with the wonderful Pen & Sword publishers.
I have also edited books for Watkins Publishing Ltd, commissioning best-selling authors and delivering several illustrated and mono non-fiction titles. As a hobby, I run a small private press called Green Cover Press, which will begin publishing editions of mythology, folklore and fairy tales from December 2017.
